Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

 

Consumer Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you (or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier) receive your goods. To exercise this right, complete the PRIME U.K. Order Cancellation Form and send it to our customer service via email or mail. Cancellation Form.

Return Conditions 

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.   
  • Goods must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 
  • Each order must be returned separately if placed on different occasions.


How to Return Goods

1. Contact our Customer Service Team at contact@drinkprime.uk to initiate your return.

2. Return the goods to the following address:

3. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless specified otherwise.

 

4. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Refund Process

 If you cancel this contract,we will reimburse all payments, including standard delivery costs. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than:

  • 14 days after receiving the goods back, or
  •  If no goods were delivered, 14 days from receiving the cancellation notice.

Non-returnable Items

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, certain products such as opened bottles of beverages are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive damaged or defective goods, notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing any requested evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, once the defect is confirmed.
